Sponsorships & Donations

The annual Daytona Beach Christmas Boat Parade is right around the corner on Saturday, December 4th, and we need your support.  In addition to your sponsorship support, we are also seeking monetary donations and/or other contributions we can put in the Captains bags, or award as part of the prizes.  Our sponsors and donors are recognized in all online promotions.  Please click here to view the Sponsorship packet for details.  Sponsorship packets are also available at the front desk.

The Annual Christmas Boat Parade remains one of the area’s great traditions.  We know things continue to be challenging and hope you will consider supporting this community event to help us add a little more holiday cheer to our Daytona Beach residents and the surrounding communities.  All funds raised and prizes donated are used exclusively for the event and do not support the Halifax River Yacht Club.

Sincerely,
Chris

Holiday cheer gets a nautical twist at the Daytona Beach Boat Parade, a favorite local tradition that’s back for another year on Saturday, December 4, 2021.

Take the whole family to watch as a festive fleet of boats passes by along the Halifax River. People line the bridges, causeways, and river shorelines in the area.  Boats will be extravagantly decked out with twinkling lights and holiday décor — a truly magical experience, completely free of charge for viewers.

This annual holiday event is hosted by the Halifax River Yacht Club. Watch the boats travel south along the Halifax River starting at the Seabreeze Bridge. Best viewing spots include anywhere on City Island, west end of the Veteran's Memorial Bridge (also known as the Orange Avenue Bridge), the north basin of the Halifax Harbor Marina, and along the riverfront on South Beach Street.  Prizes are awarded in several categories including best lights, best sound, best theme and best New Entry.

Check out pictures and video footage from past celebrations on Facebook – Daytona Boat Parade.  But be warned: images aren’t nearly as magnificent as experiencing the lighted boats for yourself.  Come soak in the spectacle and spread cheer in true Daytona Beach fashion — surrounded by water!
