Seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese
and guacamole in a flour tortilla bowl


Wednesday
Tuna Croquette
Tuna croquettes lighly fried, served with a mixed green salad
and a cider vinaigrette

Lamb Gyro
Braised lamb, shredded lettuce, tomato taziki sauce and Kalimantan olives
served in a warm pita bread and served with choice of side

Fish & Chips
Beer battered cod served with French fries and tartar sauce
