Tuesday - Chicken Gnocchi Casserole

Tender diced chicken breast and fried potato gnocchis in a creamy cheese sauce, topped with
Parmesan bread crumbs and baked until golden brown, served with vegetable of the day.

Wednesday - Schnitzel Ala Holstein

Hand-breaded pork cutlet sautéed with lemon caper brown butter sauce, served over
egg noodles, and topped with a sunny side egg.

Thursday - Fish and Chips

Beer battered Haddock served with hushpuppies, tartar sauce and choice of side.

Friday - Beef Tips Gorgonzola

Pan-seared tenderloin tips sautéed with mushrooms, demi-glace & gorgonzola,
finished with whole butter and served with mashed potatoes and haricot verts.

 Saturday - Chef’s Choice

Lunch Feature is served with Tea, Coffee, or Soda.
