 Short Rib Gyro
 Braised beef short rib, red onion, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce  
  in a warm pita bread, served with choice of side.

Wednesday
Beef Stroganoff
Sauteed beef tips in a mushroom sour cream demi sauce,  
served over egg noodles.
 
Thursday
Mahi Tacos
Fried Mahi, jicama slaw, pineapple salsa in a warm flour tortilla,    
served with tostones.

Friday
Pork Schnitzel Sandwich
Lightly fried pork medallions, red roasted pepper aioli, lettuce and . 

tomato on a toasted hoagie roll, served with choice of side.

Saturday - Chef’s Choice
