Tuesday - Grilled Pork Chop 

Marinated and grilled bone in pork chop with herb roasted potatoes, green beans,
sautéed onions, mushrooms and balsamic demi-glace.

Wednesday - Fish & Chips

Fried catfish with French fries,
hushpuppies and Cajun remoulade.

Thursday - Chicken Philly Flatbread

Pulled white meat chicken on a crispy flatbread with cheddar cheese sauce, sautéed onions
and peppers, topped with white America cheese. Served with side salad.

Friday - Calves Liver

Sautéed Calves liver with onions and bacon in a brandied brown sauce,
served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts.

 Saturday - Chef’s Choice

Lunch Feature is served with Tea, Coffee, or Soda.
