Tuesday - Broiled Monkfish
Broiled with white wine, butter and lemon.
Served with rice pilaf and vegetable of the day.

Wednesday - Pot Roast
Braised in beef stock with onions, carrots, fresh herbs and potatoes.
 Served with mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy.

Thursday - Chicken Cordon Bleu
Stuffed with ham, Swiss cheese, hand breaded and deep fried.
Served with rice pilaf and vegetable of the day.


Friday - Vegetable Quiche
Farm fresh eggs and cream with broccoli, spinach and Swiss cheese.
Oven Baked in a flaky pie crust and served with fresh fruit salad.

 Saturday - Chef’s Choice

Lunch Feature is served with Tea, Coffee, or Soda.
