Tuesday - BBQ Ribs 

Tender baby back ribs with bourbon BBQ sauce,
served with babked beans and cole slaw.

Wednesday - Southwest Chicken Salad

Grilled boneless chicken breast with BBQ sauce, red onions, shredded cheddar cheese,
roasted red peppers, charred corn and southwestern ranch dressing.

Thursday - Monte Cristo

Egg battered challah bread, slicec turkey, ham and Swiss cheese, dusted with powdered sugar
and served with sweet potato fries and maplw syrup.

Friday -  Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Norwegian smoked salmon, diced red onions, capers, dill cream cheese and wilted arugula
on a crispy flatbread with a side Caesar salad.

 Saturday - Chef’s Choice

Lunch Feature is served with Tea, Coffee, or Soda.
