Lunch Features for Tuesday, February 19 thru Friday, February 22

Tuesday - Grilled Pork Chop

With garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized onions
 and creamed spinach.

Wednesday - Cajun Gumbo

Chicken, okra and andouille sausage.
Served over dirty rice.

Thursday - Shrimp Scampi

Red royal shrimp sauteed with mushrooms and tomatoes, served over white rice
with a garlic white wine butter sauce and grilled ciabatta.

Friday - Catfish Po-Boy

Cornmeal crusted catfish, deep fried and served with shredd lettuce and diced tomatoes on a
toasted hoagie roll with a Creole remoulade and a side of southern slaw.

 Saturday - Chef’s Choice

Lunch Feature is served with Tea, Coffee, or Soda.
