Prime Rib Reuben

Sliced prime rib, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and 1000 Island Dressing
on toasted rye bread, served with choice of side


Wednesday
Beef Stroganoff

Beef tips simmered in a mushroom and sour cream demi sauce,
served over egg noodles


Thursday
Niçoise Salad

Sesame crusted tuna on top of mixed greens tossed in olive oil,
green beans, potatoes, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives
and a hard-boiled egg


Friday
Short Rib Grilled Cheese

House braised short rib, caramelized onions and pepper jack cheese
on toasted challah bread, served with choice of side

Saturday
Chef's Choice

 

Lunch Feature is served with Tea, Coffee, or Soda.
