Slow braised top sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes,
green beans and gravy.
Friday - Beef Bourguigon
Sauteed beef tips, wild mushrooms and shallots, deglazed with Burgundy wine
and finished with demi-glace. Served over egg noodles.
Saturday - Chef’s Choice
